These include the roof and roof discharge areas, floors, walls, and ceilings of the unit and the common areas, the windows and doors of the common areas and the unit, signs of rot, water damage, and other repair issues.   A complete duplex inspection will also include the visible areas of the foundation, basement areas, any common heating and air conditioning systems, plumbing and fixtures, and any electrical systems including wiring, switches, electrical fixtures, panels, and outlets, plus many other aspects.
